Kenneth Kwan retired from the position of Chairman and was appointed as Consultant of the Company on 1 April 2024. He has been a director of the Global Board since it was formed in 2007 until his retirement. During that period, he served as the Global Chairman from 2019 to 2022.
Joining RLB in 1986, Kenneth has excelled in delivering high profile projects in the public and private sector throughout Hong Kong, Macau, Mainland China, Singapore, Cambodia and Taiwan.
