Kevin Wong is a Director of RLB’s North Asia region.
Joining RLB in 2005, Kevin has extensive knowledge and experience in delivering large-scale and iconic projects ranging from commercial, residential, educational, hotel to heritage revitalization.
He can provide diversified services in procurement strategy, contractual advice, cost planning, value engineering approaches and contract management. He has also acquired extensive knowledge for sustainable developments.
He is a Fellow of The Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and a Professorate Senior Engineer (China’s highest engineering rank, equivalent to a full professor in academic). This elite standing underscores a career distinguished by innovation and expertise in quantity surveying and cost engineering.
He is also actively engaged in green building and sustainable development within professional institution and RLB Global Embodied Carbon Assessment Working Group, where he helps align local practices with global standards in sustainability and carbon assessment.
