Liu Yang is a Director of RLB’s Shanghai office, joining the company in 2002.
Ms. Liu has been involved in many commercial, residential, office, hotel and mixed-use projects. She has built up a good depth of knowledge in all aspects of standard documentation and procedures of RLB. In addition, she has acquired good knowledge and experience of cost control and contract administration.
