Silas Loh is the Joint Managing Partner of RLB Singapore and Principal of its regional offices. He is also the Chairman of RLB Vietnam and a Director for RLB Indonesia and Myanmar.Starting his career in RLB in 1986, Silas has over 30 years’ experience as a professional quantity surveyor in Singapore, Vietnam, Myanmar and other regional countries.
He is a Past President of the Quantity Surveying Division of the Singapore Institute of Surveyors and Valuers (SISV). He sits on the advisory panel for the UniSIM Bachelor of Building and Project Management, RMIT University Bachelor of Applied Science (Construction Management) and Board of Examiners for the BCA Academy.
Silas is also a member of the Productivity Gateway Advisory Panel and BCA International Panel of Experts for Construction Productivity.
