Winston Hauw is a Senior Advisor of RLB Singapore. He was the former Managing Partner and Principal of RLB Singapore and its South–East Asian practices. He retired from the Singapore partnership in 2018.
Winston has 40 years’ experience in quantity surveying, construction cost management, project management and advisory services. He has worked as a principal on many iconic landmark construction projects in Singapore and regionally.
Active in the professional community, Winston was an Honorary Advisor to the Real Estate Developers’ Association of Singapore (REDAS). He also sits on the panel of the Strata Titles Board and the panel of experts of the Singapore International Mediation Centre and Singapore Institute of Architects. Winston is currently a Professor (Practice) in the School of Design and Environment at the National University of Singapore.
