The Cyberport Expansion Project transforms a 1.6-hectare waterfront site into a vibrant tech hub with the construction of Cyberport 5.
This ten-storey building, offering approximately 66,000 m² of gross floor area, is designed to accommodate the needs of innovation and technology (I&T) start-ups, featuring office spaces, co-working areas, a data services platform, and a multifunction hall. Enhancements to the existing waterfront park include a new promenade, pet-friendly facilities, and landscaped public spaces.
