Ayacca Marine Resort is a low density single detached condominium development in barangays Tangnan and Bil-isan in Panglao, Bohol with only 85 detached units including seven beachfronts, three skysuite, 31 lagoon side and 44 deluxe units.

Ayacca Marine Resort is a project by Aya-cca Realty and Development, Inc. which promotes innovations through the fusion of Japanese culture with the Filipino culture. It aims to contribute to the modernization of local communities. The Rider Levett Bucknall Philippines provided Quantity Surveying services to it.
