You have

  • A demonstrated proven record, with a minimum 10 years’ experience (post graduate) preparing management accounts, budgets and cash flow forecasts
  • Strong business acumen for analysing data, experience in company tax matters, worker’s compensation, BAS, GST and using computerised financial packages
  • Australian residency
  • The availability to commence near the first week of November, 2017

Duties and responsibilities include

  • Reporting to the Board of Directors
  • Managing and Liaising with Directors, Staff, Auditors, Accountants, Banks and Clients
  • Preparation of weekly & monthly cash flows, shareholders interest statements, debtors and schedules
  • Reviewing and advising on aspects of Payroll
  • Preparation of end-of-year financial information for audit purposes, statutory accounts and company income tax returns
  • Company secretarial duties and maintaining company registers
  • Annual Tax reconciliations including Group Tax & BAS
  • Preparation of annual budgets and ongoing monitoring and communications of actual expenses vs budget expenses on a monthly basis
  • General insurance renewals, coordination/submission of claims and maintaining relationships with brokers and insurers
  • Preparation of various reports for shareholders meetings
