YOU HAVE:

  • PQS experience (feasibility studies/reporting, cost planning/estimating, procurement, contract administration, value management, client liaison)
  • Residency or citizenship in New Zealand
  • Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying
  • A minimum 5 years’ experience working on large scale projects
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performance team, as well as in a potential team leader role
  • Strong organisational skills with a can-do attitude and high energy levels
  • Good communication skills and you can establish and maintain strong working relationships
  • The ability to operate in a BIM environment (advantageous, but not essential)
  • The desire to make a difference and be involved in some of the largest, high-profile construction projects across New Zealand
