You have:

  • Strong cost planning and organisational skills and can manage your own workload
  • A self-motivated nature that critically assesses your own performance, and is reliable, tolerant and determined
  • A Degree with relevant professional qualifications within the Property and Construction industry (Quantity Surveying or equivalent)
  • Superior English verbal and written communication skills including report writing
  • Preferably 5+ years solid post graduate experience in Quantity Surveying / Cost Planning
  • The ability to mentor junior staff
  • Membership of an appropriate professional body ideal (AIQS, NZIQS, RICS etc)
  • A comprehensive understanding of the Australian construction industry
  • A well-presented and professional manner with maturity, credibility, and a high comfort level in dealing with executives
  • Eligibility to work in Australia or to be granted a work visa for working in Australia
