We currently have a number of significant projects across New Zealand particularly in strong long-term resilient sectors such as Health, Education and Infrastructure and seek ambitious people keen to progress their career and potential.

Exciting opportunities exist for a forward-thinking Quantity Surveyor in our Auckland Office who has experience in:

  • Infrastructure (3 waters, Rail, Roads)
  • Health Sector Projects
  • Complex Projects
  • Cost Planning and Estimating
  • Tendering and Procurement
  • Post Contract Administration
  • Value management
  • Client liaison


  • Has New Zealand QS experience (essential)
  • Is Resident or Citizen of New Zealand
  • Has experience in medium sized and/or large-scale construction projects
  • Has Tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying
  • Has minimum 5 years’ experience
  • Can work autonomously as well as part of a high-performance team
  • Has strong organisational skills with a can-do attitude and high energy levels
  • Communicates well, establish and maintain strong working relationships
  • Has Infrastructure and Health experience (advantageous but not essential)
  • Has the ability to operate in a BIM environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • Wants to be involved in some of the largest construction high-profile projects across New Zealand
  • Wants to make a real difference to our local built environment
