We have:

You have:

  • A Degree with relevant professional qualifications within the Australian property and construction industry (quantity surveying or equivalent)
  • More than 2 years post graduate experience in the Australian construction industry
  • Cost planning throughout all stages of the design process
  • Preparation of biIls and/or schedule of quantities
  • Post contract services including assessment of progress claims and recommending payments
  • Assessment of contract variation and processing final accounts
  • Preparation of capital allowances reports
  • Experience with sinking funds and probabilistic estimating techniques will be well regarded, but not essential
  • Sound interpersonal awareness and negotiation skills
  • Australian permanent residency or hold an Australian passport
