RLB wins Project Team of the Year 2012 at the RICS Hong Kong Property Awards

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) recently awarded The Best Project Team 2012 to Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), along with Mace Limited and Simon Kwan & Associates.
The award recognises RLB’s role in the Hong Kong Science Park Phase 3 Development.
The RICS Hong Kong Property Awards acknowledge outstanding performance in property and construction by teams and individuals.
Delivering value to our clients
As part of the project team, RLB was instrumental to the design and construction of Phase 3 of the Hong Kong Science Park Development.
This is a 153,000 square-metre construction floor area of sustainable development, including six buildings housing research and development offices, specialist laboratories and conference facilities.
The project team was responsible for managing the whole design, construction and delivery process, while upholding sustainable design principles and keeping within budget.
They provided quality technical and management services throughout the whole process, with the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
