Denis Levett and David Bailey founded Levett and Bailey in Hong Kong, and became pioneers of the quantity surveying profession in the region.
From a modest beginning, the practice has grown with the economic expansion of Hong Kong.
Today, RLB is a global force, with over 3,600 people in more than 120 offices across Asia, Oceania, Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Americas.
