Corporate Avenue Phase II – Tower 2 receives LEED (Core and Shell)
Corporate Avenue Phase II – Tower 2 is part of the Corporate Avenue mixed-use development located in the heart of Shanghai, close to the vibrant Xintiandi area.
It was awarded a gold pre-certification under the LEED Core and Shell programme of the US Green Building Council.
As the designated quantity surveyor for the Shui On Land project, Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) offered a complete cycle of quantity surveying services. RLB also advised on the sustainability aspects of the project, through best practices and effective cost control.
This project consists of more than 200,000 square metres of construction floor area, including the development of 3 and 5 Corporate Avenue. This will offer Grade-A office space and a retail/entertainment complex, combining elegant boutiques and fine dining facilities.
5 Corporate Avenue was completed in 2013, while 3 Corporate Avenue is expected to come on stream later this year.
The project was designed to achieve the LEED gold standard to provide an eco-friendly, energy-efficient office and retail space.
