Senior staff movements in Hong Kong and China

After 40 years at Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), Stephen Liu has decided to step down as Managing Director. He remains as a Director as of April 2015.
Kenneth Kwan appointed Managing Director
Kenneth Kwan is a member of RLB’s Global Board, and is now the Managing Director.
Since joining in 1986, he has excelled in delivering high profile projects in the public and private sector throughout Hong Kong, Macau, China, Singapore, Cambodia, and Taiwan.
Kenneth is a highly regarded quantity surveyor and a qualified Chartered Surveyor.
On his new appointment, he said ‘I am honoured and delighted to take on the role of Managing Director, and I look forward to working with my colleagues to make RLB an even stronger practice around the globe.’
Rider Levett Bucknall welcomes four new Directors
As of 1 July 2015, Patrick Chan, Alfred Hon and Woo Kam Tong have been appointed as Directors. Bill Cai has been appointed as Director of Shenzhen.
Joining RLB in 1984, Patrick Chan has over 30 years professional experience. His expertise in large scale property developments ranges from commercial, retail, residential, and hotel, to educational, industrial and fit-outs. Patrick also serves many major clients in a liaison role.
Alfred Hon also joined RLB in 1984. His proven track record over 30 years shows his versatility in a range of developments. From commercial, retail, residential, hotel and theme parks, to education, hospital, institutional, and high-end data centre projects in the public and private sector.
In his 25 years at RLB, Kam Tong Woo has accumulated extensive knowledge and experience in a range of projects across Hong Kong, China, Singapore, the Middle East, Vietnam and Cambodia.
Joining RLB in 1994, Bill Cai has over 30 years of professional experience. He is a RICS member and has been involved in many large-scale projects in China.
