2015 RLB Employee Excellence Awards announced
September 7, 2015.
The overall winner of the 2015 Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) Employee Excellence Awards is RLB Link.
The young professionals networking group was formed to set early foundations for sustained industry relationships.
Its founding members are Leia Bonacci, Shelley Rogers and Brendan Young, all quantity surveyors from RLB in Victoria.
The concept is not only aimed at external clientele, but also younger staff members to help with networking skills. This includes industry awareness and contacts, confidence building, and to establish and promote both personal and company brands.
The key members have taken an extremely professional and systematic approach in developing and delivering the initiative.
Auckland Quantity Surveyor Leah Gartner received the Young Achiever Award.
Sydney Executive Consultant Marko Rooseno received the Excellence in Innovation & Business Performance Award.
Senior Associate Moira Swords received the Excellence in Collaboration Award.
Canberra Managing Director Mark Chappe remarked, ‘Along with the RLB Link founders, these individuals represent an outstanding think tank, to help take us from a position of strength, and continue to grow RLB in a dynamic and exciting way.’
