As one of the major pillars for retirement protection in Hong Kong, the Mandatory Provident Fund (MPF) System helps the working population save for their retirement through regular contributions, made by both employers and employees. Employers, in particular, play an important role.
Enhancing employee retirement
Organised by the Mandatory Provident Fund Scheme Authority (MPFA), the Good MPF Employer Award recognises employers who place a high value on their employees’ retirement needs. The award aims to not only cultivate employer responsibility under the law, but to encourage them to further enhance the retirement protection of their employees.
RLB in Hong Kong is delighted to receive this honour by MPFA, for being an employer who maintains a very high standard of retirement protection.
The award ceremony was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on 8 October 2015. It was attended by our Director, Mr Choi Hing Chan, who received the award.
