Focusing on infrastructure in South Australia

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) in South Australia is pleased to welcome James Durney, Tim Giles and Kyle Wei, further expanding our infrastructure team led by Giulio Altamura.

RLB has successfully supported metropolitan and regional infrastructure resource development projects in South Australia since 1958. We have provided cost consultancy services to both public and private entities, advising clients on project cost and time for transport, mining, water and refining developments.

Our infrastructure team’s expertise in developing total out-turn cost estimates and risk assessments, provided added assurance to our clients on the value for money in the project scope.

James Durney – Associate, Civil and Infrastructure Cost Manager

With over 10 years of civil project management and estimating roles in Australia, the UK and Scotland, James brings demonstrated expertise, utilising first principles estimating for the civil construction sector. These include roads, earthworks and transportation structures, water pipelines, wastewater and pumping stations, and stormwater infrastructure such as dams and wetlands projects.

Timothy (Tim) Giles – Civil and Infrastructure Estimator

Graduating in 2013 as a civil and structural engineer, Tim provides civil construction estimating on various infrastructure and development projects, including transportation, water and stormwater. Tim has undertaken a key role in the estimation of highway upgrades, road intersections and rail terminal upgrades.

Zhouguang (Kyle) Wei – Civil and Infrastructure Estimator

Kyle completed a Masters of Engineering (Civil & Structural) at the University of Adelaide in 2014. He has knowledge in civil and structural design, and experience in civil construction estimation and tender preparation for road reconstruction, bulk earthworks, stormwater upgrades and sewer network modifications, as well as land sub-divisions.
