Tune Hotel, Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania

The Tune Hotel in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania, is the second hotel to be developed by this global budget hotel chain in Africa (the first was opened in Nairobi, Kenya, in 2015). RLB Pentad has been appointed to provide quantity surveying services to Queensway Real Estate and the Imaran Group, which is the developer of Tune Hotels in Africa.

RLB Pentad was appointed on the project because of its strong reputation and expertise, both in the hotel sector and on the African continent.

This 180-key, three-star hotel will meet a growing need in the East African market for affordable hotels, and aims, as the Tune Hotels value proposition says, ’to provide a great night’s sleep at a great price.’ With a construction area of 10,900 square metres, this 10-storey hotel is set to begin construction in August this year.
