As an iconic heritage building in Singapore, the luxury 19th-Century Raffles Hotel Singapore embarked on an ambitious restoration journey in January 2017. The hotel will be upgraded and enhanced in three phases, before a grand reopening in the second quarter of 2018. Working alongside global architecture and design firm Aedas Singapore, Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is honoured to be the quantity surveyor for this monumental development.
