The Singapore Management University (SMU) recently celebrated the official opening of their new School of Law building on 15 March 2017. Located at the junction of Armenian Street and Fort Canning Link, the building’s design integrates with the modern city landscape as an extension of SMU’s city campus. The most distinctive part of this building is the new state-of-the-art Kwa Geok Choo Law Library, which is named after the late Madam Kwa Geok Choo – wife of former Prime Minister, Lee Kuan Yew. Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) is pleased to provide quantity surveying services for this notable building.
