RLB wins Co-op Framework

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB),  has been appointed by the Co-op to its Facilities Management Division Framework. The new Framework, which has been put in place by the Co-op to centralise services and increase efficiencies, is now underway and runs for three years.

Chris Hartley, RLB Partner and Head of Building Surveying in the UK, said: “We are extremely pleased to be working with the Co-op Facilities Management Division.  The estate covers over 4,000 buildings nationwide and we have already started work on a number of exciting programmes. This is a fantastic win and we relish the opportunity to assist The Co-operative in delivering safely our Industry leading service that colleagues trust and are proud to recommend.
