RLB committed to closing the gap

Released today by the Male Champions of Change, the Closing the Gender Pay Gap Report looks at the gender pay gap across Australian businesses.
The Male Champions of Change (MCC) aim to achieve a significant and sustainable increase in the representation of women in leadership roles.
Matthew Harris, Managing Director of RLB in NSW is one of many industry leaders who have signed this report in support of equal pay for equal work.
‘We employ people based on their skills and ability and we make every effort to promote Affirmative Action where possible. Of our recent new starters at RLB in NSW over 50% are female,’ he said.
