RLB featured in Building Good Employer Guide 2017
December 4, 2017.

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) has been included in Building Magazine’s Good Employer Guide 2017.
Compiled through anonymous surveys from RLB staff, the Building Good Employer guide 2017 features just 50 companies from across the construction industry.
The results of the survey provide RLB with a valuable summary of overall scores in each area and enable us to review and implement further improvements across the company.
Hilary Richardson, HR Partner at RLB, said: “One of RLB’s core values is to invest in our people and value their contribution. We place great importance in the wellbeing and development of our staff and we are delighted that this has been reflected by a place in the Building Good Employer guide 2017.”
