April 18, 2018.
The Directors of Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) are pleased to announce the promotion of new Associates to our senior management team.
We would like to thank them both for their hard work and commitment to the ongoing success of our business.
Simon Nsubuga – Senior Associate
With over 15 years of extensive Contracts and Cost Consultancy experience, Simon has represented Developers and worked with multi-faceted construction and legal experts throughout the development lifecycle.
Simon managed teams to deliver commercial and contractual aspects of projects, focusing on early cost advice, tender / contract advice, change management, claim prevention and resolution, final accounts and corporate compliance and reporting.
His knowledge of commercial management and his understanding of the nuances of the FIDIC form of contract combined with his ability to understand complex commercial issues and come up with practical, real world solutions make him a valuable member of our team.
