RLB welcomes new leadshership for Washington, D.C. metro region

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB) welcomes Resident Manager, Neil Sinclair, to the Washington D.C. office. Neil will be responsible for leading efforts in the greater D.C. area including Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.
Bringing nearly 40 years of construction cost experience to the team
Sinclair’s expertise spans many sectors, including bio-medical, education, government facilities, hospitality, commercial, and residential work—all fields that consistently show strong growth throughout the region. His portfolio includes the redevelopment of L’Enfant Plaza, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, and renovations at the DuPont Hotel; at RLB, he’s currently working on a major embassy project.
A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Sinclair holds a Master of Science degree in Construction Management and Construction Economics from Heriot Watt University, Edinburgh, where he also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and Quantity Surveying.
