A Melbourne apartment development that upsizes luxury and lifestyle is among the winners at Australia’s national property awards.
Twenty awards were up for grabs in Sydney at the 2019 Property Council of Australia / Rider Levett Bucknall Innovation and Excellence Awards.
A boutique development
Melbourne developer Piccolo stared down stiff competition from 15 other finalists to snag the coveted Crown Group Award for Best Residential Development.
Completed in 2017, Elwood House impressed the judges for ‘demonstrating how urban regeneration can deliver a real uplift in terms of amenity and aesthetics along our suburban streets,’ says RLB’s Victorian Managing Director Ewen McDonald.
‘Elwood House offers security, privacy, amenity and flexibility with the same level of comfort and livability found in larger homes,’ Ewen adds.
