RLB appointed on prestigious commercial project in Manchester

Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB UK) has been appointed by property developer Bruntwood SciTech as Principal Designer to its prestigious new 15 storey, 224,000 sq ft office space based in Manchester’s innovation district – Oxford Road Corridor.
Part of the new neighbourhood – Circle Square, the new commercial building has been brought forward in its development due to the high levels of demand for office space from science and tech businesses looking to invest in the city. The new building will include approximately 16,400 sq ft over 12 floors as well as lounges, workspace, a terrace on the top floor and restaurants and other food and beverage outlets on the ground floor.
