RLB Publishes Hotel Analysis and Insights with EMEA Hotel Monitor 2020

March 13, 2020.

At RLB UK, we have had the privilege of working on some of the most famous hotels globally from London to Los Angeles, Sydney to Singapore.

Working with Whitebridge Hospitality and STR we look to take this expertise and knowledge to produce our biannual Hotels Monitor that takes an overview of the hotel and hospitality industry as a whole and breaks it down between regions. Just published is our Europe, Middle East & Africa version that reports on the effect of the uncertainty in the UK and Europe on the sector and looks forward into 2020 and beyond.

Illustrating trends such as regional European markets’ decline to highlights including London reaching the highest occupancy rates in the whole EMEA region, the monitor gives intelligence on hotel performance and transactions as well as construction costs.
