10 at RLB shortlisted for RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Awards

Well done to all of the Rider Levett Bucknall UK team who have been shortlisted for the 2020 RICS Matrics Young Surveyor of the Year Awards that recognise and celebrate the most inspirational young surveying professionals in the UK.

Apprentice of the Year

  • Ed Cottle , Apprentice Quantity Surveyor
  • Jessica Maskrey, Graduate Cost Manager

Building Surveyor

  • Adam Wood, Chartered Building Surveyor

Mentor of the Year

  • Carolyn Brady, Senior Building Surveyor
  • Paul Batchelor, Partner

Project management

  • Nikita Badesha, Assistant Project Manager

Quantity Surveying and Construction

  • Lewis Hunt, Associate

The awards – which raise awareness of surveying as a career for diverse young talent from all backgrounds – are open to anyone aged 35 and under who have 10 years of experience or less. The winners will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony in November.
