With a rapidly expanding portfolio of work in the Western Cape since the establishment of our Cape Town (fondly called the ‘Mother City’) office in 2013, the second RLB Pentad office was opened in the beautiful, historic town of Stellenbosch in July 2017.
Stellenbosch is situated 50 km east of Cape Town and is the second oldest European settlement in the province after Cape Town. It has its own municipality, incorporating the neighbouring towns of Pniel and Franschhoek.
The area is a major wine growing region in South Africa and is the primary location for viticulture and viticulture research. Stellenbosch is also famous for having one of the country’s leading universities with a rich history dating back to 1863.
RLB Pentad has played a key role in a wide variety of projects throughout the Western Cape. These have included motor dealerships for Mercedes Benz and VW; a new data centre for Plessey SA; the Newlands Switch Alterations for mobile service provider MTN; the new Ernst & Young Building, and the UCT Medical Campus, as well as projects in the V&A Waterfront: the Victoria Quayside and the Portswood Bridge.
