Waikaloa is centrally located on the island of Hawaii. The island of Hawaii is commonly known as the Big Island. The Big Island is the largest island in the Hawaiian archipelago in the Central Pacific.

In addition to its beautiful landscape, the island is well known for its green and black sand beaches, active volcanoes, extravagant resorts, lush rainforests, and historical landmarks.

RLB started providing services on the Big Island of Hawaii in 2005, when the firm was commissioned to provide construction cost management and project management services for the Hilton Grand Vacations Kings’ Land timeshare development. With the project in full swing, and opportunities growing , RLB opened its Waikoloa office in 2007.

Since then, RLB has expanded its services across the island with a range of diverse projects. For example, we contributed our expertise to the Thirty Meter Telescope Observatory, which will be the largest and most advanced telescope on earth.

We also worked on the historical St. Michael’s Church, which was built in 1840 and destroyed by an earthquake in 2006. Meanwhile, the Hilton Grand Vacations Kings’ Land project is ongoing.
