Guangzhou

Guangzhou is the provincial capital of Guangdong Province. As the commercial and industrial hub of Southern China, Guangzhou is leading China’s economic reform.

Our team’s experience in skyscraper developments helped make the Chow Tai Fook Financial Centre a success. This 500-metre-high landmark has many uses including retail, offices, a hotel and serviced apartments.

Since opening in 1997, our team has now grown to over 120 professionals. Our knowledge of local practices and property developments helps deliver  many diverse projects successfully. One example is the Canton First Estate, an international urban living community.

RLB also worked for the Baosteel Group Corporation, to develop their Southern headquarters in Guangzhou.
