Our CSR programs reflect how our business aligns its values and behaviours with the expectations and needs of stakeholders. Not simply customers and investors, but employees, suppliers, communities, regulators, special interest groups, and society as a whole.

At Rider Levett Bucknall (RLB), we understand this involves more than just making grand promises. We engage and consult with our staff, suppliers, clients, local communities and other key stakeholders.

We are committed to an annual target spend on Socio-Economic Development, with programs developed for the implementation of these initiatives.

Our program of CSR, community and social impact activities supports our commitment to creating a better tomorrow.

We focus on:
  • Fundraising and volunteering activities by supporting local, national and international charities and recognising the contribution of our people
  • Building a workforce that is reflective of the communities in which we live and work, which includes encouraging underrepresented groups into construction
