The 123 Victoria Street commission involved the redevelopment of over 30,000 square metres of an office and retail building.
This included the design, alterations, refurbishment and fit-out of the existing building.
By replacing all glazing and shop fronts, it improved energy efficiency and the visual impact of the building.
Work to the retail units was successfully carried out with tenants staying in place. Phased access was granted as office space became available.
