This involved the demolition of an existing old building, and construction of a new 43-level residential tower with 270 high quality one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and car parking for 280 cars in Melbourne’s central business district. The design includes a ground level restaurant open to the public, a gymnasium and 25-metre pool.
With close proximity to Melbourne’s theatre scene and finest restaurants, the building also looks over the adjacent Fitzroy Gardens, evoking New York-style apartments.
