Set to become a key part of the new commercial, arts and community hub in Auckland’s evolving Wynyard Quarter, ASB North Wharf is already one of the most recognisable buildings on the city’s skyline.
This is the first commercial building in New Zealand to incorporate activity-based working principles into the design, making it easier, and more fun to work together.
RLB provided quantity surveying and cost management services. Procured through a two-year construction programme, including integrated tenant fit-out.
Complimented for our financial reporting, the complexities of accounting for the integrated fit-out were displayed in a highly visible and diagrammatic format.
