Offering entry-level affordable homes for young professionals in a waterfront setting, Careenage was developed in direct response to the market’s demand for quality marina-front condos.
Built in several phases in the Grand Harbour area, the development features the ability to purchase a fully serviced dock space with freehold title. This is a first for the Cayman Islands.
The design incorporates the rigidity and resilience to withstand hurricanes, passive cooling, and an efficient use of space within a charming aesthetic.
