The Design
Located in Chengdu’s east second ring, the tower is specially designed for the adoption of natural ventilation and sun-shading devices to promote sustainable living.
Due to its many sustainable and environmental features, the project obtained LEED Gold certification.
The Details
The 86,000 square-metre office scheme is the first 200-metre-plus Grade A office building in Chengdu. It is equipped with 22 high-speed lifts, four-way power supplies, intelligent building automatic systems and a VAV four-pipe air-conditioning system. The building is directly connected to the MixC shopping centre.
