This holistic green office complex in Shanghai features facade glazing, low-emissivity glass, aluminium grilles to reduce light pollution and transmittance, LED lights, water-efficient faucets, and toilets fitted with water-saving flush valves.
The Details
This award-winning project has earned LEED Gold level accreditation.
The project covers about 12,000 square metres of site area and 113,000 square metres of gross floor area over twenty-nine office floors, four commercial and retail floors, and three basement floors for an underground car park.
