Overview
Upon completion in 2004, the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre was the largest multi-purpose centre built in any regional city in Australia. With tiered seating for 6,000 people, the centre has won more than 20 awards over the past decade. In 2013, the centre made history by becoming the first convention centre in the world to achieve prestigious EarthCheck Gold Certification.
