Upon completion of the redevelopment in 2013, Highpoint Shopping Centre became one of Australia’s leading retail destinations. The expansion enhances the retail offer, creates significant job opportunities, improves traffic flow, and introduces new public spaces and innovative sustainability initiatives.
The Details
The $300 million redevelopment included bringing the first David Jones to Melbourne’s western region.
