As part of the urban village master-planned development at Stonefields, Ilico has been carefully designed to utilise space and maximise natural daylight and ventilation. All apartments have access to a north facing courtyard/ balcony, while circulation cores service the bridge access to each apartment.
The 3,750 square-metre apartment block consists of 65 one and two bedroom apartments over five levels. It is tailored to buyers in the newly established suburb with a limited budget.
