This new nine-storey office development is located in the centre of Maidenhead.
It involved the demolition of an existing 1970’s office building, and the construction of a 7,080 square-metre, nine-storey building.
It incorporates VRV comfort cooling and high-specification solar control glass.
Due to the presence of ground water, the two basement parking levels needed secant piled walls.
The building has a BREEAM Excellent rating
The Point was the regional winner in the Commercial Workplace category for South West, Thames Valley and South Wales, at the British Council Awards 2015.
