With the growing demand for health services in the Newcastle region, this development will ensure patients are provided with leading healthcare well into the future.
The private hospital consists of three levels plus two levels of basement car parking. It includes four theatre rooms, administration areas, a hydrotherapy pool and medical consulting suites.
The Details
The hospital was master-planned to allow for future stages. The initial planning enabled an integrated design solution which compliments the original design.
RLB services included cost planning, financial institute audits, project control group meetings, monthly progress, variation claims and tax depreciation schedules.
