The Design
Three groups of buildings, ranging from 14 to 20 storeys, are arranged around raised central courtyards. Located in the city centre, this landmark development includes eight office towers, two serviced apartment towers, a 600-room five-star Grand Hyatt Hotel, a shopping centre and car park.

The project has a gross floor area of 900,000 square metres.
