The Design
This 116-storey, 600-metre office building was designed by Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates, and connects to neighbouring commercial and residential buildings, as well as public transport.
The Details
Located at Shenzhen’s new Central Business District, it has a total gross floor area of about 378,000 square metres, and part of it serves as the headquarters for Ping An Insurance Group.
