PROVIDENCE PARK (PREVIOUSLY JELD-WEN FIELD RENOVATION)

Completed shortly before the Portland Timbers' first home game in 2011, Providence Park's $31 million renovation and expansion houses one of the country's newest Major League Soccer (MLS) teams.

Improvements to the venue reconfigure the park to MLS requirements, and increase seating capacity to 24,000. New features include a public plaza entrance, a covered 4,000-seat stand with a sit-down restaurant, family decks, and a 12,000 square-foot rehabilitation clinic.
RLB provided cost management services to the city of Portland for all pre-construction and construction related cost verification.
