RODNEY BAY DIVE CENTER
The new Dive Center at Rodney Bay, St. Lucia, which opened in 2014, is the first diving school building to be constructed in the Caribbean.

Developed by a private client, this project includes classrooms, a diving pool, a retail outlet, administration facilities, as well as a new jetty and boardwalk along the Rodney Bay harbour.
The Dive Center is LEED certified for achieving high efficiencies in resource use, energy consumption and health and safety standards.
Dive St. Lucia is a PADI Five Star Instructor Development Center, as rated by the Professional Association of Diving Instructors
RLB provided construction management services. The project was completed on time and within budget, despite significant challenges such as the ground conditions, and the building’s proximity to the existing marina.
